13th COOKIE is committed to making the most delicious, delectable, palatable, ambrosial sweet joyness imaginable and making it available to everyone, despite desired or necessary dietary alterations.
Things taste better and feel better when the time is taken and the creativity is used to find alternatives to mass-produced methods of baking.
You will not find any refined, white sugar or evil chemical substitutes in the 13th COOKIE kitchen. Raw honey, organic juices, pure maple syrup, and a host of other natural provisions are far more effective in creating desserts that everyone can (and should!) enjoy.
You don’t happen to make bday cakes do you? My 5 year old has celiacs and his bday is coming up. Havent been able to find anywhere that is not going to charge me my lifes savings for a cake lol
Where can we find your cookies locally (Portland and nearby)?
In Brunswick, you can find a fine variety of 13th COOKIE delicious things at Morning Glory Natural Market. Locally, on the Portland Peninsula, you can have them delivered. A variety of Portland and nearby venues with be coming very soon, I assure you, but 13th COOKIE is selective and patient. If you have any suggestions of places where you like to find 13th COOKIE creations, I’m always open. Until then, just call or send an email and I will get sweet things to you!
Have yopu checked with Rosemont? They used to have a supplier but don’t currently.
I haven’t checked out Rosemont, but I will. They’re a good place. Thank you!
Hi Nik,
Its cousin cc stevens. My son is autistic. Do you have any suggestions on sweets he can enjoy but not make things worse?
Thanks
ces
Hello, cousin!
I have encountered many situations where kids are suffering consequences from what ends out being a dietary source. I don’t have any concrete answers, I can only say what has helped people before. First off, no more gluten. Not less. Not some. No more. The benefits are profound. Secondly, no more processed sugar (corn syrup included). Start there and see how it affects him. Also, have you tried craniosacral therapy? I’ve heard some truly inspirational stories. Please let me know how it goes.
I hope you’re well and happy and healthy!
Hey,
Thanx! Ill look into it. He is autistic so it is hard to get him to eat different things.
Oh, I just saw your mom and dad yesterday. They look great! Seem happy.
Love you cousin,
ces
