13th COOKIE is committed to making the most delicious, delectable, palatable, ambrosial sweet joyness imaginable and making it available to everyone, despite desired or necessary dietary alterations.

Things taste better and feel better when the time is taken and the creativity is used to find alternatives to mass-produced methods of baking.

You will not find any refined, white sugar or evil chemical substitutes in the 13th COOKIE kitchen. Raw honey, organic juices, pure maple syrup, and a host of other natural provisions are far more effective in creating desserts that everyone can (and should!) enjoy.

People always ask, “Where can I obtain 13th COOKIE goodness?” Sometimes they jump in front of my car and cling on screaming, “WHERE?!? WHERE?!? I NEED 13TH COOKIES!!!” I pull over and calmly explain that 13th COOKIE goodness can be purchased and enjoyed at the following places:

Mornings In Paris (Portland, ME – Exchange St.)
Home Grown Tea (Portland, ME – Congress St.)
Lois’ Natural Market (Scarborough, ME – Route One)

Hey Nik. I would love to see your cookies at Good Eats Boutique on Stevens Ave in Portland. I go there to get my GF bread and some other goodies but have not been able to find GF cookies there. I don’t know if you have tried to contact them previously but might be an interesting place to check out.

I met the Good Folks at Good Eats last year and we discussed a plan, but the timing wasn’t right and life got in the way. It is an outlet I would revisit and might just do that. Thanks for the encouragement!
